Exhibitors, follow the steps and advice below to maximise your visibility and ROI at Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris. Preparation is key to making the event a success!
BEFORE THE EVENT
Optimise your page in the online catalogue to attract buyers: the more detailed your page is, the greater chance it has of drawing the attention of buyers. Be particularly mindful of your choice of business categories as these categories are used in the search filters for the online catalogue (at the very least, please fill in the product category and country / region / appellation).

Enhance your visibility and ‘stand out from the crowd’ using our sponsorship offers: digital, signage, print, off – choose the resources best suited to your needs. For example, having your logo headlining the catalogue allows you to secure 80 times more clicks to your corporate page, and the banner 100 times more!

3 to 4 weeks before the event, send requests for appointments with buyers registered to fill your diary ahead of the event. The number of requests is limited to 200 (as is sending messages), in order to avoid overloading buyers’ inboxes and discouraging them from taking part in the networking process.

Our hosts and hostesses will be on hand at the event to help you and contact buyers again if necessary: they will be visiting the stands and will be available at the Business Matching Service point, level B2.
